Each course will have a time limit. Athletes will complete as many obstacles as they can within the course time.
Athletes earn 1 point per completed obstacle.
Each course has a set number of available points. An athlete’s points percentage is based on how many of those points they earn.
For example, if a course has 10 available points and an athlete earns 8 points, their points percentage is 80%.
Athletes are ranked by points percentage first. If there is a tie, the tie is broken by time percentage, with the lower time percentage placing higher.
In simple terms: points matter first, time only breaks ties.
If an athlete does not complete an obstacle, they will move on to the next obstacle unless they choose to use their retry.
Athletes get 1 retry per course. The retry must be used immediately after the failed attempt.
On strength courses only, athletes who fully complete the course without any mistakes or retries receive one bonus point. This helps separate athletes who earned a clean full clear from athletes who completed the course after using a retry.
